Hi im selling my Yamaha outboard motor which i bought about 18 months ago to use as an emergency auxiliary, the lucky thing is ive never used it in such an instance so it has never run in the sea. It has run probabley for only ten minutes in total in tap water it comes with a carry case cover.

Honda 15HP Four Stroke Short Shaft Outboard Engine – 1997
I have owned this engine for the last 3 years and in this time it has only been used within 2 weeks each year.
The engine has always been flushed out with clean water after use and when not in use it is stored in a dry garage.
There is a plate on the bottom of the motor (as shown in pictures), which was installed before my ownership but it has not had any effect on the performance of the motor.
Odd scratches and scruffs on motor but not excessive for its age.
Engine starts and runs well, never had a single problem and pumps water very well. It is a sturdy, reliable engine and very economical.
Pick up only from East Yorkshire, cash on collection is preferred but PayPal also accepted given that the payment clears before pickup.
